PREFACE AND INDEX

 5.4.2020

This blog is intended to lead for interesting reading of the Bible, and strengthening of faith and finding the living congregation of God, to them who want peace, righteousness, freedom, and joy in the Holy Spirit.

Scriptures are given by inspiration of the Holy Spirit and the guidance of God and for the understanding it is needed the light of the Holy Spirit.

By faith alone, by grace alone, by the merits of Christ alone.

The Bible alone is the only true guidance, according to which all teachers and doctrines must be tried and evaluated.
(Martin Luther)

God's work in people

1. A person will begin to feel fear and sorrow because of the sins. And the soul does not get rest before finding the right flock, in which Jesus is and allows through his disciples to declare the forgiveness of sins by the power of the Holy Spirit.
2. When the person receives the absolution, he get rid of the burden and feel light. Peace and joy fill the heart.
3. He then starts following Jesus' own, the flock among which Jesus is the Good Shepherd.
4. The Holy Spirit through the congregation and conscience will teach and lead to the righteousness of faith and life.
5. And God is preparing to go to eternity.

ABOUT BIBLE

2. Pet. 1:19
We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:

2. Pet. 1:20-21
Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

Rev. 22:18-19
For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book.

And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
